renaming web.py to base.py

Remark: there are two players available, you can switch them in the templates

Partially fixes #19 by changing MediaCollection.copied_from properties.

Made all exporters generators. Closes: #8 . Input audio raw data is now passed into sox while encoding (no decoding needed anymore...)
